10x3 Back Squat at 315lbs - every 2.5 minutes

- Final day of my "Smolov Jr." squat program to try and build overall strength leading up to Semifinals. I add these back squats in every couple/few days - the sets & reps are always the same, but the weights move around. Here is what this final round was:
6 sets of 6 at 255lbs
7 sets of 5 at 275lbs
8 sets of 4 at 295lbs
Culminating today with:
10 sets of 3 at 315lbs

Good work but your title should be 10x3 back squats TO 315, not at 315
Sorry for any confusion…but it is 10 sets of 3 BS’s at 315. Set 2 was shown.
@@jgleich21 gotcha! Even better! Your board looked like your last set was 315.
@@avera9636 Totally understand...each of those were "days" so I did 6x6@255, then 7x5@255, then 8x4@295 and finally 10x3@315 - I typially do them every 2nd or 3rd day. Thanks for watching!
